Excellent experience all around! The food portions were plentiful, well presented, timely and delicious! The servers were gracious and very customer-focused. The restaurant was clean and had a very comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Wonderful place to connect with friends and enjoy a wonderful meal without feeling rushed.
Oh my God I love this place. My new home away from home whenever I come to North Central Wisconsin. It's not just a wonderful restaurant, but it's a full service truck stop as well. This place is definitely a Gem. Some of the best food here in Wisconsin. A wonderful restaurant here. I personally had a tuna melt, shrimp dinner, chicken dumpling soup, couple of omelettes. Wonderfully sized portions for the prices. Yes I was here for the weekend. And I thoroughly enjoyed myself. They have wonderful people. Very clean bathrooms and wonderful showers. Very quiet at night with about 20 truck parking places. And you got to be careful about the pies. If you're not careful you might die. Those pies are to die for. They are so rich and yummy and they have so many different kinds. I truly highly recommend these people. Don't go flying down the highway without stopping here and grabbing some good food and interacting with some friendly people. They also have a scale here if you need one the weigh.
Edgar Family Restaurant! All I can say is Wow! Amazing food, service, and the people are so kind! There’s a reason it’s called Edgar FAMILY Restaurant. You really feel like a part of the family there! All the workers make sure you are well taken care of and always have the answers to any question you ask. The food is absolutely amazing and always comes out looking too pretty to eat. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a bite to eat on a long road trip or just to sit and chat with some friends.
Truck driver passing through. Blessed to have ran across this gem, it's not often to find great home cooked food on the road. Hands down one of the best apple pies I've ever had. Tony even went out of his way and heated it up for me ,and threw in some ice cream which is reallllyyy good BTW . My server my really nice too. Overall great place I ordered 2 meals to go !!! A must try place !!
Surprisingly delicious! I loved it! Only downside is I don't drive around this area often and I'll be missing this kind of food. But for sure I'll be stopping next time I pass by.
One of our favorite places to eat! Very family friendly and have never had a bad meal. Waiter Darren is a lot of fun and does a great job - we are always happy to have him take our order!
Amazing!!!! If you love great food then you are in for a treat. I had soup, fried chicken and fries plus pie. The food was tremendous. This is not an ordinary place. I am soo glad l stopped by. The owner and the crew are super friendly. So if you have guests or are in the area, hiking or fishing this is the perfect way to end the day with a great meal. Was proved wrong, l am always traveling and skeptical of small town restaurants but this is "good eatin" A rare gem.

What a great restaurant! Ate there for the first time today. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. We interacted with most of the wait staff and they were all so pleasant and friendly. The portions are generous and the prices are extremely reasonable. The dining area was clean and welcoming. They have a very large menu with lots of options... something for everyone. Highly recommend!
Taco wrap is the best thing I've eaten. So much flavor. Fries are surprisingly good. Service was fast. Ambiance is like any other cafe. I like the abundance of natural light.
